Confirmation of Vendor's Conditional Date
We are delighted to announce that we have now satisfied our vendor's conditional date, giving the legal confirmation to all of our purchasers that the development is proceeding. This is a major milestone for the project and with demolition works already underway the team will now move into the construction delivery phase to bring this iconic project to life. Our main building contractor will be announced in the coming weeks and will be establishing on site in September.
