Reside Living | Summer
As 2019 draws to a close, we wanted to reflect on what has been a big year for our team.
We completed and settled our marque project Grace VQ, we won an international award for Horizon’s marketing and we officially launched our exceptional new development, Sonata in St Heliers. This year has held a lot of highs for us, but we couldn’t be more excited for 2020, with the residential market showing plenty of promise. Thank you for your support this year: the entire Reside team wishes you happy holidays and a safe new year!
Another Exciting Milestone - Grace Victoria Quarter
We are so excited to announce that we have now settled every sold apartment at Grace VQ. Happy residents have moved into their new homes, and are enjoying access to the building’s many communal amenities, such as the stunning rooftop retreat. But don’t just take our word for it: have a look at some of these photos of the finished product.
There is still a very limited number of apartments remaining for sale, so enquire through Bayleys now for your last chance to claim a piece of this striking residential building for yourself.
Construction on Schedule - Horizon Mission Bay
We are now less than a year from completion at Horizon Mission Bay! It’s been a big year on site for our building partner Ganellen, celebrating many construction milestones with them. 1,675m3 of concrete has been poured, 225 tonnes of reinforcement laid, 214 of 332 precast panels installed and a whopping 16,000m3 of dirt has been removed. Fit out trades are now well into the front zone of the building and the apartments layouts are starting to take shape! The first prototype apartment will be complete in February, which will be used to set the quality standards for all of our finishing trades, we can’t wait to see it complete. Select residences are still available for purchase, head to the website for more details.
