With settlement on your new home drawing closer, it is a great time to introduce you to the Building Management team.

The Building Management team will be responsible for ensuring the complex is maintained to a high standard, including the day-to-day management of maintenance, common areas and landscaping. In addition, they will co-ordinate with all owners and tenants when you are moving in or out.

We are delighted to announce that we have appointed the team at Andersaint, who have experience in managing many other high-end buildings such at St Marks in Remuera, and Outlook Mission Bay.

Alongside Andersaint, we have compiled some key information to help your move-in run smoothly.

UTILITIES
Power will be on for 2 - 3 weeks following the Code Compliance of Certificate (CCC) being issued. The incumbent power supplier is Energy Online. If you do not arrange to connect your power, the power will be disconnected(typically after a month). If you do not intend to move in straight away, we would recommend setting up an account to avoid having to pay reconnection fees. INTERNET
Fibre is run directly into your apartment. We are working with Chorus to have your ONT boxes installed prior to settlement, this will allow you to connect your modem into your apartment and have access to Internet from Day 1. Please contact your retailer to notify them of your change in address.

WATER
Water is billed quarterly via the Body Corporate.

Moving In Reminder

Once settlement has been called, contact Angela on the above details to book your move-in date and time. Please note that if your apartment has not settled, you will not be permitted to move in.

The times available 7 days a week are:
9am – 1pm
1pm – 5pm


If you are using professional removalists, 4 hours should be ample time. You will need to provide a copy of your removalist’s current liability insurance prior to move in.
Practical Completion and Code of Compliance are now imminent. We anticipate achieving these milestones by the middle of next week.
