Horizon, Mission Bay

July 2019

Located on a ridgeline, overlooking the city skyline, Rangitoto and the Hauraki Gulf, Horizon Mission Bay has been thoughtfully designed to form a relationship with the natural landscape. Using a carefully balanced palette of materials to link the sea and land which surround it, this deliberate design approach allows those who live there to never feel excluded from their environment - whether inside or out.

Vert, Herne Bay

April 2017

Herne Bay’s aptly named Vert is a truly remarkable residential development, located on the site of the historic Ponsonby bowling green. The redevelopment sought to revive the site and has transformed the existing land with the addition of sophisticated residential buildings which frame the polished green. Vert picked up the 2016 Property Council of New Zealand Merit award along with the 2016 New Zealand Commercial Projects Awards Silver award – “recognising excellence in workmanship, construction practices and innovation”.

Zone 23, Mt Eden

July 2017

Auckland’s first mixed-use studio complex, the vision for Zone 23 was to create an iconic structure complementary to its surroundings, offering a sense of urban community for both commercial and residential occupants.

A mix of office suites and maisonette apartments built over four storeys, the structure includes a ground floor eatery wrapped around the central courtyard. Purposeful use of concrete, exposed structural steel and glass define the distinctive semi-industrial style and solidify Zone 23’s enduring contemporary street presence.

A pioneer in the market, Zone 23 was awarded the 2007 Property Council of New Zealand's Merit award.
